Domestic Helper Fare

Passengers travelling with Domestic Helper Fare Economy class can enjoy up to 30kg or above checked baggage allowances. Baggage size and piece restrictions may differ by airlines.

Rebooking is permitted upon booking on Domestic Helper Fare. Penalty may apply subjected to airlines fare rules, a handling fee will be charged by FWD MAX Travel Platform as rebooking fee (please refer to Booking Terms and Conditions). Please submit your change request at least 3 working days before departure by contacting our Customer Service hotline (852) 3192 0900 or email to fwd.max@hutchgo.com.

Cancellation and penalty are subjected to airlines fare rules, on top of the airline penalties, a handling fee of will be charged by FWD MAX Travel Platform as cancellation fee (please refer to Booking Terms and Conditions). Please submit your request at least 3 working days before departure by contacting our Customer Service hotline (852) 3192 0900 or email to fwd.max@hutchgo.com.

Passengers should fill in passenger information and employment contract number with valid supporting document of employment contract or working visa upload to system for validation in order to complete online purchase.

Passengers have to present valid supporting document of employment contract or working visa at check-in counters and boarding gate for checking. Please make sure the validity of the employment contract or working visa during your travel period.

Providing invalid documents or the passenger name printed on the electronic ticket does not match with the employment contract or working visa will both result in a penalty and / or denied boarding by the airlines. FWD MAX Travel Platform (Hutchison Travel Limited) takes NO liability for any loss to the passenger.

Foreign domestic helpers (FDHs) who have been fully vaccinated and hold recognised vaccination records may come to work in Hong Kong may choose to undergo compulsory quarantine at a designated quarantine hotel (DQH) or a designated quarantine facility (DQF) and hotel for quarantine of FDHs. FDHs who are coming to work in Hong Kong will be issued a 14-day compulsory quarantine order, but if they have completed the vaccination course with test results taken on the fifth, sixth and seventh days after arrival in Hong Kong all being negative, they will be considered as having completed compulsory quarantine after completing the seventh day of quarantine. They will only need to continue to undergo self-monitoring on the following seven days.
